Richard leads the consulting division of Oakstead. With a lifetime career in the forests and trees of British Columbia, he has worked as an arborist, forestry, fish, and wildlife field tech, ecosystem specialist, and landscape planner for 35 years. He has had a broad range of training and experience in scientific and litigative matters related to natural resource management. He has worked with local, provincial, and federal governments, and some of the best scientists, and ecologists in the province. If he hasn’t done it yet, he will find a way!
